Product Updates – Assign Zendesk Tickets from Slack
We’re excited to announce the launch of one of our most requested features. You can now assign tickets to Zendesk agents from Slack! This feature is available for all BubbleIQ customers.
Click the “Edit Ticket” button on any ticket in Slack, and you will see the assign drop-down menu.
Tickets can be assigned to individual agents or groups. We are excited about this feature and the positive feedback we are already receiving!
